Meet Ashley
In 2011, I launched a professional organizing and closet design company in Chicago, where I spent the next decade helping clients transform their homes through thoughtful organization and intentional design. What started as organizing quickly evolved into a refined, design-forward approach, creating systems that function beautifully and closets that are tailored, efficient, and built to last.
For ten years, I had the privilege of serving clients who wanted more than just tidying. They wanted clarity. Flow. Spaces that supported their daily lives.
When I chose to make Rochester, MN my forever home, I knew I wanted to bring that same level of service and experience to Minnesota.
Today, Arris blends elevated design with practical organization, offering full-service closet design and whole-home organizing tailored to how you live.

Consultation
We begin with an in-home consultation where we walk through your space, take measurements, and talk through your goals. Whether you're looking for organizing, design, or both, we’ll explore the best approach for your project.
By understanding how you use your space, we create a customized plan tailored to your lifestyle. No two spaces or clients are the same, and your solution will reflect that.
Planning
Following your consultation, we develop a thoughtful plan for your space that blends function and design. Depending on your project, this may include layout recommendations, organizing strategies, custom design concepts, and product selections.
We source shelving, bins, and materials through trusted vendors, aligning everything with your aesthetic, needs, and budget. Every detail is considered to create a cohesive, intentional space that works seamlessly.
Implementation
Once the plan is finalized, we bring your space to life. This phase may include hands-on organizing, decluttering, and, if applicable, installation of shelving or custom solutions.
Every item is thoughtfully placed with both practicality and flow in mind, creating systems that feel natural, easy to maintain, and built for your everyday routines.
Final Styling, Walkthrough & Ongoing Maintenance
Once everything is in place, we complete the space with final styling touches to ensure it feels polished and complete.
We’ll walk you through your newly transformed space so you feel confident maintaining it moving forward. If desired, we also offer ongoing maintenance services to help keep everything functioning at its best over time.
